My career has been dedicated to aligning people, processes, and platforms to enable scalable growth and sustainable change.

Throughout my roles at Protiviti, NTT DATA Services, and Wells Fargo, I have led enterprise-wide initiatives including global Workday implementations, regulatory compliance programs, and cross-functional governance strategies. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures.

As a working mother, volleyball coach, and advocate for inclusion and mentorship, I bring a people-first mindset to every engagement.
